The room was really spacious and super quiet, and I loved the cozy lounge area for some relaxation. Also, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch! My only nitpick is the tiny signage making it a bit tricky to find, but overall, I had a great stay. 😊

Family friendly getaway
The staff were friendly and made us feel like home. The common room was a great spot for us to chill and play board games far from the TV.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still worth it for what we got.

missingWrote a review on 01 Augcramped room
The twin room felt cramped, not ideal for two people maneuvering at once, and a poorly designed sliding door between the bathroom and wardrobe just complicates things. Lacking basic amenities like spoons and glasses for hot drinks can be frustrating. The thermostat blew only cold air and the ironing board cover left impressions on my clothes. Plus, the prices for snacks were definitely on the higher side, like paying £1.50 for a bag of crisps. Breakfast fell short of expectations, especially for vegetarians, who have limited cooked options. While the air conditioning did its job, the overall comfort of the beds was questionable due to springs squeaking every time someone moved. Not to mention, the shower tray tended to overflow if the plug cover wasn't pulled up completely.

I had a lovely stay in an accessible room on the ground floor, which made getting to breakfast easy. The gym and cozy lounge were great spots to relax after a day in the city. It would have been nice to see a few more vegan options at breakfast, but overall, I really enjoyed my time here! 😊
